Our writing guidelines

If you submit an article, please make sure it meets these guidelines:

• It must be over 300 words
• It must be unique
• It must be well written
• It must fit our tone of voice
• It must be relevant for our readers

You do not need to submit an image for your article, but if you have a specific one you would like included, you must have the rights to publish it. Please send it as a separate jpeg (at least 1600px wide) – not embedded in your text. Please note, we reserve the right not to include any images provided and if an image is not provided we will add one relevant to your article.

Who are our readers?

Our readers are men and women aged 30-50. Our audience is global (the majority of our readers are from the UK or North America.)
